Master Planning and Financial Bond Management

Maas Companies provided consulting services to the District for the development and update of the Educational & Facilities Master Plans for San Jose City College and Evergreen Valley College. Maas Companies has provided ongoing services to the District for the past 20 years. Over that time, the Company has provided the following services for the District; the preparation and development of the Five (5) Year Capital Construction plans, Initial Project Proposals, Final Project Proposals, Environmental Impact Reports and assistance with the management and implementation of the $135 million dollar bond program. Additionally, the District is using our proprietary PROMPT software for Financial Bond Program Management.
