purchase books and supplies.
- Ability to Benefit Equivalency – All Institutions
who offer Ability to Benefit programs.
- Written Agreements – All Institutions who
have written agreements with other Institutions.
- Repeated Coursework – All Institutions which
allow for students to retake coursework.
- Validity of a High School Diploma – All institutions
who require a High School Diploma or
GED to be admitted to a program and
receive Title IV aid.
- Incentive Compensation – All institutions with metric
based outcomes in Financial Aid and Admissions.
- Misrepresentation – All Institutions who use
Marketing and Promotional Materials or
have a website.
- Federal Return to Title IV & Required Attendance
Taking – All Institutions which offer Term courses
in Modules.
